All forms must be complete and submitted to the office prior to your child's first day of attendance.
SCC and its staff firmly believe in the effectiveness of childhood vaccines in preventing serious illness. For this reason, SCC requires all enrolled children and employed staff to be vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines (or provide alternative proof of immunity).
